Our Mission
At The TradeHERs Collective, we are driven by a passion to uplift and empower women in the trades. Started and supported by tradeswomen themselves - we noticed that there wasn't a specific trade connection within Bristol that highlights the fantastic skill set of each individual business and we were being asked constantly whether we knew a female tradeswomen who could help out in their home or green space.
Our simple to use directory will inform you where to find trusted and reliable women with a variety of different skills and within your area.
The TradeHERs Collective was founded with one goal: to create a safe and inclusive space for women in trades. We know that stepping into a male-dominated industry can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our community is here to support, mentor, and celebrate each other—both online and in real life.
