Welcome to The TradeHERs Collective

We are a supportive community for female tradeswomen and aspiring professionals in Bristol and the South West, UK. Whether you’re just starting out, changing careers, or already established, this is a space where you can connect, learn, and thrive. Here, we break barriers, share skills, and uplift each other—because every woman deserves a place in the trades.

Championing Women in Skilled Trades

The TradeHERs Collective is a pioneering community initiative dedicated to supporting and empowering female tradeswomen.
With women significantly underrepresented in the trades, this collective seeks to foster inclusivity, provide resources, create networking opportunities to enhance career growth, advance accessibility to contact a trusted tradeswomen and to bring a unique and easy to use directory which can be used within the community and for potential customers.
The initiative aims to bridge the gender gap, advocate for fair opportunities, and celebrate the contributions of women in skilled trades.
